Our franchise owner and principal broker, Jose Ramirez, has over thirty years of experience in the service industry. Initially in social services, employment, re-settlement and leadership development for youth and the last fifteen years in mortgages and personal finances.
Since our initiation into the mortgage industry, we have seen and adapted to many mortgage rule changes and many economic conditions. Despite all changes, we have never lost the passion to serve and help our clients succeed with their plans of home ownership and/ or financial security. Our business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, and we serve clients across Calgary, Cochrane, Irricana, De Winton, Okotoks, Strathmore, Airdrie, Balzac, Chestermere, Carseland, and the surrounding areas. However, we are licensed for the whole province of Alberta.
